Terms of Sale
Orders can only be accepted on our official order form and must be signed.
Prices are FIS – delivered to your winery and include all duties and charges.
Method of payment – you may elect to pay in Euros otherwise we will fix the price in Australian Dollars at the relevant exchange rate on arrival in Australia. We strongly recommend you indicate your currency preference.Payment due 21 days from receipt of barrels
Prior to delivery we must be informed if barrels are to be financed
Sirugue barrels remain the property of Sirugue Australia Pty Ltd until fully paid
Delivery periods are indicated for information only. We do our best to deliver as close to requested date as possible, but cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control.
The barrels are guaranteed for 1 year from date of delivery, subject to correct use in accordance with accepted practice including correct conditioning of the barrel before use.
Loss of liquid shall on no account render Sirugue Australia liable to damage claims.
Upon receipt of barrels we must be notified of any damage or defects detected.
